Does In-Car Delivery work with my car?
Key In-Car delivery is available with select makes and models. It is available with model year 2015 and newer Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC and Volvo vehicles and requires an active connected car service plan, such as OnStar and On Call. It is also available for select Ford 2017 and later model year vehicles equipped with FordPass Connect, and for Lincoln 2018 and later model year vehicles equipped with Lincoln Connect
What is a connected car?
A connected car allows your vehicle to be connected to the internet. Some cars with connected car services can enable features such as remote lock and unlock from your smart phone, remote start, emergency services, vehicle diagnostics, in-vehicle Wi-Fi and more. A connected car service plan will enable the Key app to connect with your vehicle for in-car deliveries. Plans vary by OEMs and may not be applicable to all vehicles. For Ford and Lincoln Owners, the Key app enables in-car deliveries by linking your Amazon Prime account with your FordPass or Lincoln Way account. Download the FordPass or Lincoln Way app, create an account, and activate your car for in-car delivery.*

For Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac vehicles, the Key app enables in-car deliveries by linking your Amazon Prime account with your Owner Center account and active connected car service plan. Key only requires a standard connectivity plan which is included at no additional charge with your vehicle purchase for most 2015 model year and newer vehicles. For Volvo vehicles, the Key app enables in-car deliveries by linking your Amazon Prime account with your On Call account. Customers with 2015 model year or newer Volvo vehicles can activate their Volvo On Call connected service subscription within the Volvo On Call app. For model year 2015-2017, Volvo offers a free 1-year subscription to Prime members, and for model year 2018 or newer, Volvo offers a free 4-year subscription.
